Hi! My name is Molly Wilkinson! I'm a Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained pastry chef, recent author of the cookbook, French Pastry Made Simple, and have been featured on the Today Show, the NYTimes, and Bake from Scratch. My style is all about making pastry fun and accessible, helping you to create incredible desserts using ingredients that you can pick up at your local grocery store.   • What level baker are the classes intended for?

    The classes are great for beginner to intermediate bakers who are looking forward to learning new skills in the kitchen. The Basic Pastry Course is full of so much information that even an experienced baker would pick up some new tips and methods.

  • How long do I have access to the material?

    The Basic Pastry Course comes with complete access for 1 year. For the shorter courses covering one topic (ex. Macaron), access to the course is for 6 months.

  • What does the Basic Pastry course contain?

    See the course page for the full expandable curriculum. The Online Basic Pastry Course contains 12 classes covering everything from tart crust to lemon curd to caramel! Within these chapters are 125 lessons - it sounds like a lot but... I promise it's to help divide up the videos so you can return to that perfect spot for that tip you wanted to remember or that step you are finishing up. A downloadable list of recipes to follow along with is at your fingertips. Also as a bonus... a French Macaron Class and an Ebook with more than 15 filling options.
